Grown at altitudes of 1,650–1,850 meters in the high regions of Rwanda's Congo-Nile Divide, this coffee thrives on the area's cool climate, fertile volcanic soils, and meticulous production practices.
Approximately 850 smallholder farmers, united under the Koakambu Cooperative, meticulously harvest their coffee cherries and deliver them to the Gisanga Washing Station. Here, the cherries are carefully processed to preserve the coffee's vibrant character, resulting in a clean, balanced cup that reflects its origins.
This lot is more than just a coffee; it represents the richness of Rwanda's soil, the dedication of its producers, and a shared commitment to quality in every cup.
