Our right of withdrawal policy is valid for 14 calendar days from the date of purchase. If you receive your order and are not satisfied for any reason, you can return the product for a refund. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund.

 

Refund requirements

To be eligible for a refund, the following criteria must be met:

• The item is faulty

• The item is not as described

• The item must be in its original packaging

All returns will be inspected to ensure that the above criteria are met. If the product does not meet the listed criteria, we reserve the right not to issue a refund.

 

Proof of purchase

A receipt, purchase order, or other proof of purchase is required to complete your refund. Please note that we will not issue a refund without the aforementioned proof of purchase, but instead will provide you with a store credit.

 

Discounted and liquidation items

Only regularly priced items can be refunded; unfortunately, discounted or liquidation items cannot be refunded.

 

Items returned by mail

Returns can be sent to: Sarısu, 144 Sokak N. 4/12, 07130 Konyaaltı, Antalya, Turkey. We will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for the items you wish to return.

You must ensure that the goods are properly packaged to avoid damage during shipping. If the product is found to be damaged or used beyond what is reasonably necessary for our inspection, we may refuse the refund.
