Flavor Profile:

Processing Method:
After selection, the coffee cherries undergo controlled fermentation processes. During anaerobic co-fermentation, strawberry aromas and yeast are used to deepen the coffee's fruity character. The result is an intensely aromatic structure and a lively cup profile.
Brewing Recommendation:
Particularly suitable for V60 and filter coffee brewing. The fruity character is more pronounced when brewed at a lower temperature.
