This is a coffee from Huila, Columbia that is a mixed varietal lot. The lot consists of Castillo, Typica, and Caturra Varietals.
Tasting Notes
This coffee has a soft and clean expression, with deep dark chocolate notes, while holding only some of the sweetness we would expect from the Huila region of Columbia.
